Apply for Assistance

Monks & Warriors Foundation

Apply for Assistance

You Served. Now Let Us Stand With You.

If you are the family of a fallen soldier, a veteran, a Veer Nari, or a dependant of someone who served β€” you do not have to face difficulty alone. Reaching out is not asking for charity. It is claiming the support that a grateful nation owes you.

Monks & Warriors Foundation exists for exactly this: to stand beside India’s bravehearts and their families with honor, dignity, and real action.

Tell us what you need. One of our representatives will personally get in touch with you, listen, and guide you through every step.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply

We welcome applications and requests from any of the following individuals and families:

Next of kin of a fallen soldier or first responder β€” parent, spouse, sibling or child.
A Veer Nari seeking education, livelihood, skilling, or rehabilitation support.
A ward or dependant of a fallen or serving hero needing educational assistance.
A military veteran facing medical, financial, transition, or emotional difficulty.
Serving or retired first responders β€” police, paramilitary, fire, or disaster response.
Families affected by an emergency requiring immediate relief or rehabilitation.
Someone reaching out on behalf of such a family β€” a neighbour, unit colleague, welfare officer, teacher, or friend.
Not sure whether you qualify? Reach out anyway. If we cannot help directly, we will do our best to connect you with someone who can.

Find quick answers to common questions about our support programs and application process.

How long will it take to hear back?

A representative will normally contact you within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your request. For genuine emergencies, please call us directly on +91 92663 60329 rather than emailing.

What if I don’t have all the documents?

Reach out regardless. Many families lose or misplace papers, and arranging them can take time. Tell us what you have, and we will guide and help you with the rest.

Yes. Unit colleagues, welfare officers, teachers, neighbours and friends often reach out on a family’s behalf. Please share your own contact details along with the family’s.

Is there a deadline to apply?

No. You can reach out at any time, whether the sacrifice or loss occurred last month or many years ago.

Will my request be made public?

No. Your privacy and dignity are paramount. Nothing is shared publicly without your explicit written permission.

What if my request is not approved?

We will tell you clearly, respectfully, and explain why. Where possible, we will suggest and connect you to other verified organizations or government schemes that can help.
